2. Rules About Communication
We encourage open communication between our members on Launchworldshop. However, your communication with sellers (whether via email, trade manager, community discussion boards or other methods) must not contain any of the following:
Spamming
We don’t allow our members to send each other spam. “Spam” means an email (or part of an email) that is unsolicited in nature. “Unsolicited” means the person who received the message didn’t request for it.
Some examples of spam include:
Unsolicited offers to buy or sell products available on Launchworldshop
Unsolicited email offers sent to members
Invitations to join a mailing list that aren’t related to the transaction carried out
3. Feedback manipulation
Another type of abuse of the Feedback system is Feedback manipulation. This means that you are not allowed to manipulate Feedback or detailed seller ratings (DSRs) in any way.
Launchworldshop’ Feedback system allows members to rate each other after a transaction has been completed. Please make sure you follow the guidelines below when leaving Feedback otherwise your Feedback may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other disciplinary actions, including restrictions on your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.
4. What Are The Guidelines?
Not Allowed
Exchanging Feedback for the sole purpose of increasing a seller’s Feedback score, getting website privileges, or enhancing a seller’s reputation.
Manipulating a seller’s DSRs through a combination of repeat purchases and leaving low DSRs to reduce a seller’s Feedback scores, or leave positive Feedback with consistently low DSRs.
Offering to pay members for their user ID
Offering to sell, buy, barter, or give away Feedback
Working with other members or registering multiple accounts to artificially increase a seller’s Feedback score
Other improper interests
5. Feedback Extortion
Please do not abuse the feedback system. One form of abuse is Feedback extortion. This means that you cannot threaten to leave a seller negative feedback for not doing something that was not part of the original product listing such as.
Goods or services that does not match the original item’s description or purchase price;
A return, refund, or replacement of an item that was not part of the original product listing.
Other improper interests
If there is a problem with a transaction, you are encouraged to work with the seller to resolve any issue.

6. Rules About Abusing The Buyer Protection Programs
If you have a problem with a purchase you made, you can let us know. However, we do not allow buyers to abuse the Buyer Protection Programs such as by:
Opening a case when you’ve already received a refund
Opening a case as retaliation against a seller
Making false claims against a seller
Please make sure you follow the guidelines below when opening a case against a seller.

Opening a case after you didn’t receive the item and you haven’t been able to resolve the issue directly with the seller
Opening a dispute after the item you received didn’t match the description in the product listing
Not allowed
Claiming an item hasn’t been received when it has
Claiming an item differs significantly from its description in its product listing when the item’s condition is consistent with its listing
Opening a case when you have already received a refund from the seller or reimbursement from your payment provider
Opening a case against a seller as a form of retaliation following previous disputes
Threatening to open a case against a seller in order to obtain a discount or additional goods and services, when the item had arrived in the condition as described in the product listing
A pattern of excessive opening of buyer protection cases
Make sure you follow these guidelines otherwise you may be subject to a range of disciplinary actions, including restrictions of your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account. In addition, if we suspend or terminate your account, we may also suspend or terminate any and all other accounts which we deem in our sole discretion to be related to you based on the information we have of the relevant accounts (including without limitation, user registration information, credit card information and computer information).
7. Shill Purchases
Shill purchases means purchasing items with the sole intent to help increase the seller’s page/product ranking. Shill purchase is prohibited and this prohibition applies to anyone, including family, friends, employees, and online connections.
