If the Offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and other charges /fees do not apply when determining the minimum purchase amount. Unless otherwise stated, if after using any other Offer the amount to be paid is lower than minimum purchase requirement, the minimum purchase requirement has not been met.
Unless otherwise stated, if the Offer is for physical goods, the Offer applies only to items purchased in a single order and shipped at the same speed to a single address.
Unless otherwise stated, Offer is non-transferrable, non-refundable and may not be resold.
If you violate any of the Offer terms, the Offer will be invalid.
Any trading risk, fraud and/or abuse (including involving any suspicious consumer and/or or bot activity) of the Offer in question, whether directly or indirectly, with or without your knowledge (as determined by LaunchWorldShop in its sole discretion) shall result in the immediate invalidation of the Offer, your qualification in using/participating the Promotion, and/or the related LaunchWorldShops accounts. Without prejudice to anything in these T&Cs, in respect of any orders and/or transactions involved with any trading risk, fraud and/or abuse, LaunchWorldShop reserves the right to deduct the value of any wrongful use of any Offer without prior notice and/or to take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
Offers are not legal tender, and under no circumstances shall LaunchWorldShop be obliged to provide any cash, credit or equivalent to you for any forfeited, unused or unutilized promotion, nor shall such forfeited, unused or unutilized promotion be refundable, transferrable or exchangeable in any way for cash.
